On behalf of a prominent company based in Dubai, we are seeking an experienced Real Estate Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality standards across high-profile residential and commercial developments. This is a full-time, hybrid role, open to qualified candidates across the MENA region who are willing to relocate to Dubai.
Role Overview
As the Real Estate Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems across real estate development projects. You will ensure that all construction activities, materials, and deliverables meet regulatory requirements, international standards, and the company's quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures for real estate and construction projects
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, local authorities, and international standards
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and quality assessments
- Oversee contractor and subcontractor quality performance
- Manage snag lists, handover quality, and defect rectification processes
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and engineering teams
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and corrective action plans
- Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance or QA/QC Manager in real estate or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and construction quality standards
- Experience with ISO standards and QA/QC systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai if currently based outside the UAE
- Professional certifications are a strong advantage
