Our client, a leading Kindergarten in Riyadh, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead transformational quality and innovation initiatives across multiple branchesgoing beyond compliance to drive excellence.
Role Purpose
Lead quality strategy, systems, and innovation to enhance learning experiences, teaching quality, school culture, and parent satisfaction across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Quality & Excellence
- Lead a quality roadmap and conduct audits across branches
- Benchmark against top local & international early years models
- Develop SOPs and workflows for consistent quality
- Oversee external accreditation (options, liaison, timelines)
Innovation & Initiatives
Design, pilot, and scale initiatives that enhance: child learning, teaching practices, classroom environments, parent engagement, school culture & wellbeing, and community outreach (e.g. evening/community programs)
Educational Excellence
- Partner with academic leaders to elevate pedagogy, engagement, and environments
- Strengthen observation, feedback, and coaching practices
- Identify and scale high-impact practices across branches
Culture of Excellence
- Build ownership and continuous improvement mindsets
- Empower leaders and teachers beyond minimum standards
- Celebrate innovation and success stories
Improvement & Impact Tracking
- Track impact on child outcomes, staff performance, and parent feedback
- Use data, surveys, and observations for continuous refinement
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with Operations, HR, and Training for sustainability
- Act as a thought partner to school leaders
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in ECE, Education Leadership, or related (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in early childhood education or school improvement
- Multi-site leadership experience
- Strong grounding in early years pedagogy & child development
