Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in El Sadat City, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and methodologies, analyzing operational workflows, conducting comprehensive audits, and providing recommendations for continuous process improvements. The individual will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the performance and training of quality assurance teams to achieve organizational excellence.

- Expertise in Quality Assurance practices, quality control techniques, and regulatory compliance standards
- Proficiency in conducting audits, preparing comprehensive quality reports, and documentation
- Experience in team leadership, organizational skills, and process improvement management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Standards, or similar) are highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with a combination of on-site and remote responsibilities
