About the Role

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to ensure the quality and compliance of construction and design deliverables. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards across all phases of project execution, from site inspections to documentation control, while supporting our fast-track design-build projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and review work in progress and completed activities
• Validate and approve quality-related documentation (e.g., checklists, ITPs)
• Identify, issue, and ensure timely closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Maintain QA/QC records and ensure traceability during audits
• Coordinate with PMO, Design, and Construction teams to address quality risks and resolve interdisciplinary issues

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance procedures, construction standards, inspection checklists, NCR lifecycle, and ISO/QA audits.
• Skills in site inspection, documentation review, root cause analysis, reporting, and follow-up
