Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all construction and fit-out works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures on site and coordinating with project teams to maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, including the ability to develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC standards and procedures
• Experience in conducting inspections and identifying non-conformities in materials and workmanship
• Ability to assess risks and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance with project and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with interior design fit-out industry standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant quality management tools and software
• Experience in the UAE is a must
