Job Summary
To ensure the effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes in alignment with company standards and ISO requirements, supporting consistent operational excellence and overall organizational performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate with multinational customers to provide required compliance documentation and ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multinational customers, managing qualityrelated communication from order initiation through project completion.
- Maintain, review, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in accordance with company and ISO standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure adherence to defined quality requirements and specifications.
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Conduct internal audits related to environmental management, safety, and energy systems as required by ISO standards.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with product certification and mark approvals, including BASEC, VDE, CE, and LPCB requirements.
- Manage and coordinate all communication related to Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety matters.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions associated with RC (Root Cause) analyses and EPCD requirements to ensure timely and effective closure.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- QMS certification (TQM, Internal Audit, or advanced QMS is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality systems
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to work with internal teams and external parties (customers, labs, suppliers)
