Roles and Responsibilities-
- Coordinate logistics, QC, and operations for inbound material inspections; prepare reports.
- Set packaging standards with procurement to meet global requirements.
- Ensure inbound materials pass QC and are shipment ready.
- Conduct preloading inspections with 3rd party warehouse.
- Prepare QAR and NCR reports for out-of-spec products.
- Monitor inventory aging; revalidate shelf life.
- Participate in bulk loading at 3rd party/supplier sites to ensure compliance.
- Investigate NCRs with the technical team; submit reports.
- Inspect production operations periodically for SOP adherence.
- Assist senior Chemist in R&D, Technical Service, Complaint Handling, QC, Revalidation, etc.
- Incoming Consignments:
- Train team on ERP matching and report issues.
- Inspect consignments per supplier grade.
- Coordinate QC sampling; update ERP for relabeling.
Outgoing Consignments:
- Verify loading matches sales orders; prevent damage.
- Supervise relabeling; ensure process accuracy.
- Resolve process issues and coordinate inspections.
