Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual testing across functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT scenarios.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Contribute to test planning and maintain comprehensive testing documentation.
- Validate web and mobile application functionalities to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Assist in improving QA processes and workflows.
Requirements
- +2 years of proven experience as a QA Tester or Software Tester.
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.
- Hands-on experience with API testing.
- Knowledge of web and mobile application testing.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira or similar).
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, Cairo.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Basic knowledge of database testing.
- Experience with testing microservices or backend systems.
