Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality role based at Brooklyn Business School's campus in Cairo, Egypt. The role is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving academic and administrative processes to ensure they meet institutional quality standards and accreditation requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits, reviewing documentation, analyzing data and performance indicators, and preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. The role collaborates with instructors, administrative staff, and leadership to implement quality assurance frameworks, address non-conformities, and support best practices in teaching, assessment, and student services. The position also involves contributing to policy development, supporting internal and external review processes, and promoting a culture of quality and accountability across the school.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, metrics, and quality indicators to support decision-making.
  • Basic experience Control and Quality Assurance practices, including setting standards, monitoring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Basic experience in Quality Auditing, including planning and executing internal audits, documenting findings, and following up on corrective actions.
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and collaborate with diverse academic and administrative stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Education Management, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with educational quality frameworks, accreditation processes, or ISO-related standards is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple quality initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools; experience with learning management systems or ERP solutions is beneficial.
