Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor Quality KPIs for the manufacturing section and develop improvement plans.
- Present frequent reports for quality performance and compliance with KPIs and standards across Manufacturing.
- Lead communications with other departments in operations, Mid Mile, suppliers, and Warehouses.
- Maintaining continuous Improvement methods and training operations and Quality control.
- Leading Qc supervisors, Qc specialists & Qc Inspectors.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
- Proven Experience in Operations Quality management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Well detail oriented.
- Very good in using business language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to focus and work with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience in decision making and ownership.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Proven experience in using analysis tools and good knowledge in ERP systems.
- Very good knowledge in Food safety and quality systems.
- Good knowledge in continuous improvement techniques and culture.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge in Lean six sigma / Six sigma Certified is preferred.
