Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in 10th of Ramadan. The Quality Control Manager will oversee all quality control processes to ensure that City Glass products meet the company's high standards and customer expectations.

Key tasks include designing quality control processes, leading inspections, analyzing product outputs, troubleshooting production issues, collaborating with production teams for improvements, and ensuring that all operational procedures comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection techniques
• Experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, and production analysis
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Familiarity with glass production technologies or materials is highly advantageous
