Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Giza, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires monitoring testing procedures, reviewing quality control documentation including but not limited to (QC SOP's, lab investigations OOS/OOT/Var. etc..., ) and leading a team to meet established quality goals and shipping plans through high communcation and organiztion skills.
with oversight on chemical and microbiological lab You will ensure the quality of raw and packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods, in addition to the stability of products through different type of stability studies through efficient laboratory operations and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in laboratory analysis, quality testing methods, and regulatory compliance
  • Leadership and team management skills with experience in supervising quality control processes
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Familiarity with quality management systems is a plus
