My client are a leading brand in the Middle East. They are looking for an outstanding Quality Control Manager to join their growing Buying and Merchandising team.
Quality Assurance & Control
- Develop, implement, and maintain QC systems and SOPs
- Aware of Testing requirements required in the GCC
- Review samples, create Spec Sheet and Gold Seal Forms
- In line and end of line QC review/ review of Factory Reports, ensure adherence to AQL standards, product specifications, and approved samples.
- QA, suggest improvements and look for costs savings across the QC/QA process.
- Manage Packaging & labelling, and compliance requirements
Supplier & Factory Audits
- Conduct regular factory audits, supplier evaluations, and capability assessments.
- Support vendor development to improve quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Address quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA).
Testing & Documentation
- Coordinate product testing
- Maintain detailed QC reports, inspection records, test results, and non-conformance logs.
- Prepare quality documentation for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead and mentor QC inspectors and quality teams.
- Work closely with Buying and Sales Teams
- Provide Training to sales Team on Products, Materials, Product care
