MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.
We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and monitor quality management systems in accordance with applicable standards and company procedures.
- Supervise and control quality activities across all fabrication stages, including cutting, welding, forming, assembly, and painting.
- Ensure all fabricated products comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and execute Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and issue quality inspection reports.
- Monitor welding and painting quality, including WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, and coordination of NDT activities.
- Identify, report, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve process quality and reduce rework.
- Participate in internal and external audits (ISO / Client / Third-Party Audits).
- Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related field).
- Minimum 4 to 10 years of proven experience in Steel Fabrication or Structural Steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as AWS, ASTM, ISO.
- Good understanding of welding inspection and surface coating/painting requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear technical and quality reports.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
