Key Accountability Areas & Responsibilities
1 Quality Inspection & Testing
- Perform inspection of received materials against approved specifications and standards.
- Raise rejection reports to the Quality Manager in case of non-conformance and process approvals/concessions accordingly.
- Conduct First-Off inspections and report findings to the Quality Manager.
- Carry out random in-process inspections to ensure operator control systems are applied and products meet specifications.
- Identify and report non-conforming products to the Production Supervisor.
- Perform final visual inspections prior to releasing products to warehouse and approve movement tags.
- Re-inspect reworked products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Validate proper disposal of scrapped materials to ensure full traceability.
2 Policies, Processes & Continuous Improvement
- Follow all Quality policies, procedures, and standard operating instructions to ensure controlled and consistent operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on best practices, process enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Promote adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
3 Safety, Health & Environment (HSE)
- Comply with all relevant safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Participate in incident and accident investigations as required.
- Report any operational changes that may impact safety, health, or environmental compliance.
