Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a collaborative and detail-oriented team of professionals.

  • Participating in 4M reviews for quality before the commencement of Installation and Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
  • Overseeing the quality of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), equipment installation, and T&C processes.

  • Reporting and collecting the cost of non-quality (CONQ) and implementing preventive measures.
  • Supporting Installation and T&C teams to ensure compliance with Alstom's Quality Plans and procedures.
  • Reviewing equipment installation method statements to ensure alignment with Alstom and customer requirements.
  • Preparing Quality Control Plans, including tests, inspections, and required evidence.
  • Ensuring subcontractors perform tests and inspections according to QC plans or ITPs and validating inspection sheets and laboratory testing certificates.
  • Conducting investigations and analyses of on-site quality issues and ensuring punch list closure.
  • Issuing and tracking non-conformance reports and monitoring action plans until closeout.
  • Performing regular audits and ensuring resolution of identified actions.
  • Ensuring all tools are calibrated on time and quality documents are appropriately archived.
  • Interfacing with customers to address quality-related concerns.
