Job Description

  • Perform the QA/QC duties and provide expertise to the overall Quality Management.
  • Develop and implement preventive measures and corrective actions for non-conforming activities, processes, and deliverables.
  • Provide program and/or project insights to Project Director and give situational awareness of progress as well as encountered challenges as it relates to the QA/QC implementation and governance.
  • Ability to identify gaps and weaknesses and defines a roadmap for maturity whilst delivering immediate, practical value.
  • Acts as and represents the QA/QC competency lead in the Port delivery program and establishes the governance and compliance for QA/QC.
  • Build strong relationships across Port Operations, establishing credibility and challenging where necessary.
  • Working with the team to define acceptance criteria, identify and monitor high risk, problem prone, high cost and high-volume areas.
  • Provides leadership for Quality Measurement Priorities.
  • Provide assessment required for Changes required within change control system.
  • Performing self-inspection for QA activities including issuance for annual plan, in term of following the procedures as per the approved SOPs and Participation in self-inspection program.
  • Follow up for the activities related to QIP (Quality improvement plan)
  • Review project documentation and reports to identify mistakes or areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that the project meets all quality standards and requirements.
  • Write and review project reports and presentation
