Job Description

Job Summary:

The Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance and control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery. This role involves assisting in audits, data analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and managing the Quality Assurance (QA) program to maintain service quality.
  • Follow and communicate quality standards, procedures, and specifications across relevant teams.
  • Support quality control processes, including inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Document lessons learned, identify areas for improvement, and support strategies to enhance service quality.
  • Investigate quality issues and non-conformance, assisting in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in conducting internal and external quality audits.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality reports, audit findings, and corrective actions.
  • Support training initiatives to educate employees on quality standards and best practices.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and complaints to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure quality compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to industry-specific quality regulations and standards.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) and support ISO 9001 accreditation efforts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Support risk assessment and mitigation efforts related to quality.
  • Prepare reports and updates on quality performance and improvement activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably within [industry-specific] services.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
