Xceed is looking for a qualified Quality Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Al Maadi Technology Park.

Job Requirements:

English proficiency: B2 level

Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Monitoring

Background in Call Center and GSM Mobile

Telecom industry experience (Accounts) is a must

Knowledge and awareness of COPC standards
