Quality Specialist

Core Responsibilities:-

• Ensure that quality standards are defined, clarified, and communicated to hospital staff.
• Auditing to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Act as a facilitator in hospital quality improvement projects.
• Follow up on required improvement actions and implementation progress.
• Assist in internal training of staff to achieve Quality Management Department objectives.
• Train hospital staff on accreditation standards and patient safety requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training during audits and routine quality activities.
• Organize and participate in hospital committees as assigned by the Quality Manager.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and development and assist in developing action plans to implement these opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up surveys and other internal surveys to regularly assess hospital performance.
• Contribute to improving service quality and patient safety results through continuous monitoring and feedback.
• Coordinate and follow up on the implementation and organization of internal audits and track resulting corrective actions.
• Conduct continuous audits of hospital services according to accreditation standards and report findings to the Quality Manager.
• Play an active role in collecting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results and compiling and analyzing data accordingly.
• Support ongoing compliance with accreditation and safety standards through monitoring, reporting, and improvement activities.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, Pharmacy, Dental. Nursing, Science, Physiotherapy and Vet.
• 1 to 2 years of experience at the same position.
