Job Description

The role holder is responsible for setting Government-wide policies and standards related to digital transformation and then monitoring and assessing compliance to the policies and standards in alignment with the entity's Strategy and KPI's. The role holder is also responsible for communication to relevant stakeholders to ensure their awareness on all policies, standards and guidelines.

Professional Certifications

  • Professional certification in Strategic Planning such as CSBPP (Certified Strategy and Business Planning Professional), SPP (Strategic Planning Professional) or equivalent preferred

Experience

  • 8 -10 years of relevant experience in Policy Development and Compliance
  • 4 years in position of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
  • UAE experience with government / semi-government organizations and/or multinational companies is preferred
