This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kuwait City as a Quality Specialist with opportunities for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes across projects, conducting quality audits, ensuring quality control practices are adhered to, and identifying areas for improvement. The role will involve analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that align with company standards and objectives. The Quality Specialist will also facilitate clear communication channels across teams to address quality concerns and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

• Proven expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing practices
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with stakeholders and teams
• Attention to detail and knowledge of quality management systems
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the design or engineering consulting fields is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent
• Certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) are a plus
