Job Description
Job Purpose: -
The Team Leader or Senior QS Engineer leads a small team of QS engineers, ensuring accurate quantity take-offs, variation preparation, and payment processing for assigned projects.
Key Accountabilities: -
• Prepare detailed bills of quantities and verify site measurements.
• Assess variations and prepare supporting documentation.
• Prepare client payment applications and review subcontractor payment certificates.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities and variations.
• Report progress and commercial issues to Section Head.
• Assist in resolving quantity-related disputes with subcontractors.
• Mentor junior QS engineers.
