Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Kuwait City. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), monitoring project expenses, and generating cost reports. The role will involve collaborating with project teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5-10 Years experience in the same field
• Strong proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management
• Proficiency in relevant estimating and project management software
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience within the real estate or construction sectors is a plus
