As part of the Bukhatir Group, we deliver advanced facade systems and metalworks for government, commercial, and private sector projects throughout the region.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Quantity Surveyor - Aluminium Specialist. The role involves managing project costs efficiently, which includes preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and cost control. The Quantity Surveyor will also oversee cost reporting, liaise with project teams and vendors, analyze project documents, and ensure compliance with quality and budgetary standards. Additional duties may include providing support to project managers to achieve the timely completion of aluminium-specific construction deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure optimal financial performance of projects.
  • Proficiency in preparing and evaluating Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to maintain accurate project financial tracking and forecasting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a focus on collaboration with stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in aluminium-related construction projects is highly preferred.
