Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Abu Dhabi. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), overseeing cost control processes, managing budgets, and ensuring project expenditures align with plans. Tasks will also include cost planning, cost reporting, and providing financial and contractual advice to project stakeholders to achieve cost-effective project execution.

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and managing BOQs
• Skill in creating detailed Cost Reports and monitoring budgets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Excel and project management tools
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the local construction sector and materials is an advantage
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
