Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Riyadh. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and managing project budgets. Responsibilities include cost control, cost planning, and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting and management while overseeing cost-related documentation and compliance.

• Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Reporting to monitor and manage project budgets effectively
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficiency in Cost Management and Cost Planning to optimize project resources
• Adept understanding of financial analysis and project management principles
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for quantity surveying
• Previous experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a strong advantage
