Job Description

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects from approved drawings, specifications, and CAD files
Develop accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for infrastructure tendering and execution
Measure quantities for roads, drainage, utilities (water, sewer, stormwater), earthworks, and pavement works
Review infrastructure drawings and identify discrepancies, omissions, and scope changes
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender pricing for infrastructure packages
Assist in tender evaluation, technical comparison, and finalization
Manage variations, interim measurements, and final accounts for infrastructure works
Coordinate with design, planning, and site teams to verify quantities and progress
Maintain cost records and documentation in line with project and contractual requirements
