Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer | 5 Years Experience

Location: New Cairo, Egypt | Full-time/Contract

We're looking for an experienced QS Engineer to take charge of project costs. You'll ensure projects stay on budget, manage variations and claims, and work closely with project teams to deliver quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tenders
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance
• Manage contracts, supplier/subcontractor quotations, and variations
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers

Requirements:

• 5+ years in quantity surveying or construction cost management
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
• Strong contract knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency in cost software
