Job Description

Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs for MEP works.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
Develop cost estimates based on material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
Coordinate with engineering teams to clarify technical queries and ensure accurate pricing.
Prepare tender submissions, including pricing schedules, technical compliance, and value engineering proposals.
Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and client clarifications.
Maintain a database of historical cost data and supplier/subcontractor rates.
Prepare procurement schedules aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Issue RFQs (Request for Quotations) to suppliers and subcontractors for MEP packages.
Evaluate quotations based on price, compliance, delivery, and quality
