A leadingConstruction Projectis urgently hiring for the role ofQuantity Surveyor (Mid-Level)
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 6 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Manage tendering processes, including preparation of bills of quantities
- Negotiate contracts and manage variations/claims
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements
