Quantity Surveyor

Secret Gardens LLC is looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our high end design-oriented landscaping & pool company to work alongside our experienced team of architects, engineers & construction professionals. Responsibilities

Creating technical and submission drawings for construction and authority submission.

Assist in site surveys and creating damage report.

Assist in requesting quotations, samples, proforma and tax invoices to suppliers as directed by Procurement manager.

Assist procurement team in forecasting, budgeting, controlling, procuring materials and subcons project wise or as directed by Procurement Manager.

Coordination of on-going site deliveries to Project Managers.

Assist Estimation Team in making quotations for new projects including variations for existing projects as directed by Senior Estimator.

Perform duties as required by the team.

Assist finance team in creating profitability report for all projects.

Desired Skills & Experience

• A minimum of three years experience in landscaping and pools.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of detailed drawings for both landscaping and pools is essential
  
• Strong written reporting skills
  
• Understanding of Authority approvals and requirements
  
• Ability to work to deadlines & under pressure
  
• Previous Middle East experience is essential
  
• Recent experience on luxury residential projects is highly desirable.
  
• Candidates will need to be highly organized and have document control experience
  
• Driving License preferable

• landscape and swimming pool materials and prices: 2 years (Required)
  
• estimating landscape and swimming pool works: 2 years (Required)
  
• landscape and swimming pool budget controls: 2 years (Required)
