Role Description

This full-time Quantity Surveyor role is based on-site in Doha, Qatar. The Quantity Surveyor will manage all costs associated with building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost planning and estimation, cost control, and generating comprehensive cost reports. The role also involves closely monitoring project expenses to ensure they remain on budget and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning
• Experience in Cost Reporting and creating detailed financial documentation
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills to assess construction costs
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost estimation and reporting
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with clients
• Knowledge of Qatar's construction regulations is an advantage
