Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!

As Leader of an International Tender:

  • Lead CatA/B type of tenders and propose best Tendering Setup.
  • Define the winning Tender strategy with the opportunity capture team.
  • Lead tendering team, with some regional functions, & guide them to make sure the tendering
    strategy is applied, and target price is achieved.
  • Lead the project cost optimization strategy if needed in order to reach the target price.
  • Lead the tender preparation (Technical, Contract, Purchasing, Finance, HSE, Cybersecurity,Quality, Logistics, Workshop & Site Works, etc).
  • Make sure the CAPEX scope quoted is Services Ready.
  • Prepares or works with the servicesdepartment to attach services offer with CAPEX offer.
  • Manage tender risk analysis with SRM and SMEs.
  • Present the offer to SE Management for approval/validation.
  • Participate actively in customer negotiations and closing of the deal.
  • Transfer project to execution team

Commercial aspects:

  • Profile needs to be very business oriented. The only reason why we bid is to win!
  • Understands Customer needs and translate them with the Opportunity Leader into a winning
  • Tender Strategy.
  • Understands how to sell added value with an EP&P project approach.
  • Prepares commercial offer and executive summary showing SE value proposal.
  • Participates actively in customer negotiations.

Tender preparation:

  • Communicates Tender Strategy to all team participants (local/reginal/global) during Tender Kick-Off.
  • Communicates Bid schedule to his team and makes sure it's respected.
  • Animates his tender team in regular follow-up meeting to anticipate problems /elaborates alternative plans if needed.
  • Translates Target Prices to Target Costs with the Opportunity Leader. Works with, andchallenges, his/her tender team not to exceed this amount building different scenario to reach
  • Leads Risk & Opportunity sessions with SMEs.
  • Leads cash curve scenario with finance for the offer submission and anticipating negotiations.
  • Prepares Tender Review presentation with his/her team, captures comments from mgmt./SMEsand modifies the offer accordingly.
  • Submits tender approval as per official internal processes.
  • Is responsible of submitting the complete offer in due time to customer.

Masters main aspects of the offer: Technical Proposal, Purchasing topics, contractual aspects, schedule, risks, commercial environment, cashflow, etc. Is capable of quickly seeing the impact on these different aspects while negotiating.

About You


Bachelor's degree of Electrical engineering.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in tendering/bid/proposal positions.
Excellent commend of English.
Professional user of Microsoft Office.
People oriented with great communication skills.
Has a strong commercial mindset. Customer oriented.
Aptitude to stand time pressure and stress while keeping high performance level
Adhering to the principals & values.
Learning & researching.
Adapting and responding to change.
