Summary:
To operate the Reach Stacker to load and unload containers safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Reach Stacker to move materials / Containers around the storage yard, terminal, or similar location.
- Positions Reach Stacker under, over, or around loaded or empty containers for transport to designated vehicles or yard locations.
- Performs routine maintenance on reach stacker, such as cleaning, lubricating, recharging batteries, fueling, or replacing liquefied gas tank.
- Manually loads or unloads materials or containers with lifting devices.
- Loads and unloads empty or full containers with safety precautions.
- Ensure containers are handled in the proper method.
- Follow safety guidelines while operating a reach stacker to load, and unload containers.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualification:
Educational Background
Diploma or equivalent
Technical Qualification / Certification
Valid Operator's license
Related Work Experience
Minimum of 3 Years in operating lifting devices
