Job Title: Software Engineer Frontend/Mobile (React / React Native)

About the Role:
We are an early-stage fintech startup in Dubai building modern technology to transform how businesses access funding. We are looking for a Frontend/Mobile Software Engineer with strong React and React Native skills to join our core engineering team. You'll help build intuitive, high-performance web and mobile applications that real customers will use and love.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain production-quality web and mobile apps using React and React Native.
- Collaborate with designers to implement high-fidelity UI/UX from tools like Figma.
- Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver new features end-to-end.
- Take ownership of frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless experience across devices and platforms.
- Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience building production-grade React and React Native applications.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working with Figma or other design tools to implement UI/UX.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Must already be based in Dubai (onsite role).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with backend frameworks (.NET Core, Node.js, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
