Ready Mix Concrete Dispatch Officer

Job Summary:

The Dispatch Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatch of ready-mix concrete according to daily schedules. The role ensures efficient logistics, proper allocation of resources, customer coordination, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and dispatch concrete deliveries based on the daily program.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and site readiness.
• Monitor truck movements and optimize dispatch efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize loads using batching system tools.
• Communicate instructions to drivers and pump crew.
• Maintain operational records.
• Track and report stock of materials.
• Generate production and consumption reports.
• Ensure safety compliance and act in emergencies.

Education:

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

Work Experience

Minimum 2 years in ready-mix concrete production or related field. Experience in logistics and knowledge of concrete production processes required.

Other Skills Required:

Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi is a plus).

Computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems, etc.).

Knowledge of HSE practices.

Teamwork and leadership skills.

Customer service mindset.

Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
