The Opportunity

As a Real Estate Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and securing lucrative real estate investment opportunities that align with Rino Invest Group's strategic growth objectives. Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and source potential real estate acquisition targets across residential, commercial, and luxury segments in target markets (e.g., UAE, Spain, USA).

Conduct comprehensive market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to assess investment viability, including ROI, cash flow projections, and risk assessment.

Lead negotiations for purchase agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Rino Invest Group.

Manage the entire acquisition process from initial identification through to closing, coordinating with legal, finance, and development teams.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, developers, property owners, and other industry stakeholders.

Develop and implement innovative acquisition strategies to expand Rino Invest Group's property portfolio.

Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in real estate acquisitions, investment, or development, with a proven track record of successful transactions.

In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, valuation methodologies, and investment principles.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, Argus).

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or Spanish is a significant advantage.
