We're Hiring: Real Estate Administrator (Dubai)

Golden Hills Properties is a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, specialising in off-plan and investment-focused properties. We are looking for a highly organised Real Estate Administrator with prior Dubai real estate experience to support daily operations, listings, and sales coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the structure, compliance requirements, and fast pace of a real estate brokerage, and enjoys keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage property listings on portals such as Bayut and Property Finder
Prepare and manage RERA forms (A, B, F) and related documentation
Coordinate with agents, developers, and portals for approvals and updates
Maintain CRM records, client databases, and deal trackers
Assist with booking forms, sales documentation, and transaction files
Provide administrative and operational support to brokers and management
Ensure compliance with DLD and RERA regulations
Support day-to-day office and operational tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in Dubai real estate administration is mandatory
Strong knowledge of RERA forms, listing portals, and off-plan processes
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced brokerage environment
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (CRM experience is an advantage)
