Role Overview
We are looking for ambitious, performance-driven Real Estate Agents who want to scale their income while building a strong personal brand in Dubai's competitive real estate market.
This role is ideal for agents who want real support, premium inventory, global exposure, and structured growth, not just a desk and a CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate
- Handle end-to-end sales cycles: lead qualification, viewings, negotiations & closures
- Work with off-plan and secondary market properties
- Actively participate in marketing campaigns and roadshows
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop your personal brand on social media with company support
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new launches
- Represent the company professionally at developer launches and events

- Experience in Dubai real estate (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
