Job Summary
The Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in off-plan (developer projects) and secondary market (resale) properties. The role requires generating leads, building strong client relationships, providing expert market advice, and closing sales transactions while ensuring full compliance with local real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from approved developers
- Attend developer launches, exhibitions, and property events
- Explain project details including payment plans, handover timelines, and ROI potential
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and developer sales teams
- Stay updated on new project launches, pricing, and availability
- List, market, and sell secondary market properties
- Conduct property viewings with buyers
- Advise clients on pricing strategies based on market analysis
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Manage the full sales process from listing to transfer
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain a strong client database
- Follow up with potential buyers, sellers, and investors
- Understand client needs and provide suitable property options
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals
