Already established in Dubai and operating across leasing, secondary sales, and off-plan but looking for a platform that truly rewards performance

A.R.E, part of the RICHMIND Group, is selectively expanding its team with high-calibre, Dubai-based Real Estate Agents capable of transacting across leasing, resale, and off-plan. We are seeking professionals who value strong leadership, premium branding, and access to exclusive inventory.

Based in a luxury office on Palm Jumeirah, we offer a refined, performance-led environment built for agents who want to maximise earnings while maintaining credibility and long-term client relationships.

The Role
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across leasing, secondary, and off-plan
  • Build lasting relationships with investors, landlords, tenants, and end-users
  • Advise clients on pricing strategy, payment plans, and ROI-driven opportunities
  • Represent exclusive developments and high-quality secondary stock
  • Conduct professional presentations, viewings, and site visits
  • Negotiate and manage transactions from reservation through to completion
  • Stay informed on new launches, market trends, and developer incentives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability or strong ambition to operate across leasing, resale, and off-plan
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Hindi) are a strong advantage
  • Well-presented, confident, and commercially driven
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
  • Valid UAE or international driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
