AX CAPITAL is looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want to build a successful career in Dubai real estate through our Real Estate Agent Training Program.

You'll start within our Secondary Market Department, gaining real hands-on experience while learning how to prospect, generate listings, speak with property owners and buyers, conduct viewings, negotiate and close deals.

This is not just classroom training. You'll be actively working in the market, building your own pipeline and developing the skills needed to become a successful real estate agent.
