Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will source, list, and market luxury residential and commercial properties, manage client relationships, and guide clients through the full transaction cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily activities include conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating offers, coordinating with developers and other agents, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. The role also involves staying current on market trends in the UAE and UK, maintaining an updated portfolio of available properties, and representing GPG Global Real Estate in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Relevant Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets.
• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing high-value transactions.
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in property marketing, including digital platforms, listing management, and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in luxury real estate or investment advisory is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred.
