Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. Responsibilities include generating leads, representing clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and providing expert advice on real estate transactions. The role involves conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, analyzing market trends, and offering exemplary customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining strong professional relationships and staying updated on local market knowledge in New Cairo.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and sales, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven experience in Real Estate and in-depth knowledge of Real Property transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Strong familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic understanding of real estate regulations and processes will be advantageous.
