Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at our Cairo office. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and staying informed about market trends. Tasks will include conducting property viewings, evaluating clients needs, presenting suitable options, and negotiating purchase agreements. Engagement with potential clients and ensuring a smooth transaction process will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of real estate principles
• Proven expertise and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in CRM systems or real estate-related software is beneficial
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
