Role Overview

This is a performance-driven sales role, not a salaried desk job. You'll be responsible for generating leads, closing property transactions, and building long-term investor relationships in Dubai's competitive real estate market. Income is uncapped and directly tied to results.

If you need hand-holding, guaranteed pay, or fixed hours—this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Secondary Sales and leasing properties across Dubai
• Advise local and international clients on property investments
• Generate leads through portals, networking, referrals, and self-sourcing
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate deals and close transactions end-to-end
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and developer launches
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
