Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, follow up, and manage property sales and rental leads.
• Advise clients on properties based on their requirements and budget.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property presentations.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Promote properties through online portals, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain an updated database of property listings and client information.
• Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market, property prices, communities, and current trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and rental targets.
• Ensure a professional and smooth experience from initial inquiry to successful closing.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, confident, and self-motivated personality.
• Strong sales and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the Dubai real estate industry.
• Real estate experience is an advantage but not required.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates who speak Russian, German, Spanish, French or Arabic are highly preferred.
