Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will work directly with clients to support property buying, selling, and leasing transactions, including conducting property viewings, preparing listings, and providing market insights. Daily activities include prospecting and following up with leads, maintaining an updated portfolio of available properties, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements. The role involves coordinating with property owners, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent service. The Real Estate Agent will maintain accurate documentation and use agency systems and tools to manage client information and property records.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends, regulations, and property valuation.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in negotiation, closing deals, and meeting performance targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and a client-focused approach.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
