- Own the full deal cycle: sales, leasing, negotiation, and closing
- Control calls, viewings, and client relationships.
- Convert high-quality leads into signed transactions.
- Build and manage a high-value, long-term client portfolio with the support of our property managers.
What We Expect:
- Minimum 1 year proven sales experience
- Fluent English
- Impeccable professional appearance
- Hunter mentality with a closer's instinct
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Resilience, discipline, and full ownership of results
- Valid driving license
