The Role:

  • Own the full deal cycle: sales, leasing, negotiation, and closing
  • Control calls, viewings, and client relationships.
  • Convert high-quality leads into signed transactions.
  • Build and manage a high-value, long-term client portfolio with the support of our property managers.

What We Expect:

  • Minimum 1 year proven sales experience
  • Fluent English
  • Impeccable professional appearance
  • Hunter mentality with a closer's instinct
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills
  • Resilience, discipline, and full ownership of results
  • Valid driving license
